We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Below are our estimated delivery times within Pakistan:

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all orders over Rs 50,000
• Standard shipping: Rs 250 for orders under Rs 50,000
• Express shipping (1-2 days): Rs 500
• Remote area surcharge may apply

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through:

• Our courier partner's website
• Contact our customer service team

Returns & Exchanges

30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your jewelry, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• Item must be in its original condition, unworn and unused
• All original packaging, tags, and certificates must be included
• Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
• Item must not be a custom or personalized piece (see exceptions below)

How to Return

Follow these simple steps to return your item:

• Step 1: Contact us at returns@auraandco.com or call +92 300 1234567
• Step 2: Provide your order number and reason for return
• Step 3: Receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
• Step 4: Pack the item securely in its original packaging
• Step 5: Ship the item to our returns address (provided via email)
• Step 6: Receive your refund within 7-10 business days after inspection

Return Shipping Costs

• Free returns for defective or damaged items
• Free returns if we sent the wrong item
• Customer responsible for return shipping on change of mind returns
• We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns

Exchanges

Want to exchange for a different size or style? No problem! Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Contact us and we'll arrange for your exchange item to be shipped once we receive your return.

• Items purchased on final sale

Refund Policy

Processing Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Processing time: 7-10 business days after inspection
• Bank processing may take an additional 5-7 business days
• You'll receive email confirmation once refund is processed

Partial Refunds

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted:

• Items with signs of wear or use
• Items not in original packaging
• Missing accessories or certificates
• Items returned after 30 days (at our discretion)

Damaged or Defective Items

Quality is our priority. If you receive a damaged or defective item, we'll make it right immediately.

What to Do

• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
• Provide photos of the damage or defect
• Include your order number
• We'll arrange for immediate replacement or full refund
• Free return shipping for damaged items

International Shipping

Currently, we ship within Pakistan only. We're working on expanding our international shipping soon. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
