Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over Rs 50,000 within Pakistan. For orders under this amount, a flat shipping fee of Rs 500 applies.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package in real-time.

What materials are your jewelry made from?
We use only high-quality materials including 14K and 18K gold, sterling silver, platinum, and genuine gemstones. Each product listing includes detailed information about the materials used.
How do I care for my jewelry?
To keep your jewelry looking its best: store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight; clean gently with a soft cloth; avoid contact with chemicals, perfumes, and lotions; remove jewelry before swimming or exercising.
Do you offer custom designs?
Yes! We love creating custom pieces. Contact us with your ideas, and our designers will work with you to bring your vision to life. Custom orders typically take 4-6 weeks depending on complexity.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be unworn, in original condition with tags attached. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless defective.
How do I initiate a return?
Contact our customer service team at support@auraandco.com with your order number. We'll provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions. Return shipping is free for defective items.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the credit to appear in your account.
